Chrissy Buteas is the Chief Governmental Affairs Officer at the NJBIA. Her role involves advocating for member companies, lobbying the state legislature and acting as a liaison to provide the best environment for innovative companies in New Jersey. Before working at the NJBIA, Buteas was the President and CEO of the Home Care and Hospice Association of New Jersey, which represents home care and hospice companies in New Jersey, and she was also the Vice President of Capital Impact Group. Buteas has been working with the government for years, and has accumulated a wealth of experience that allows her to work with the largest statewide employer association group in the nation.
