Zor Gorelov is the founder and CEO of Kasisto, a company that uses KAI, an artificial intelligence platform, to provide customers with a humanized digital banking experience. Kasisto was featured in the Deloitte Fast 500 in 2019, and is still rapidly growing. Prior to founding Kasisto, Gorelov was the CEO of a similar company named SpeechCycle, running from 2002 to 2012, which created technology for automated phone calls. With a background in software, Gorelov has worked to revolutionize the customer service industry with his use of AI, and with Kasisto will continue to change customers’ experience.
