Interview with Roei Ganzarski, CEO of Magnix

Roei Ganzarski is the CEO of Magnix, a company developing electric propulsion systems for airplanes. Ganzarski grew up in Israel, and came to the US to complete his MBA in hopes of entering investment banking. After a few years in the industry, Ganzarski joined Boeing, where he worked for 13 years and rose to become the Chief Commercial Officer of Flight Services. In 2012, he joined BoldIQ, a software startup company, where he held the roles of COO and CEO for about 6 years. He left BoldIQ in 2018, and joined Magnix for his current role as CEO. Magnix, founded in 2009, is currently developing extremely innovative electric engines, and is on the way to creating a more sustainable and eco-friendly aviation industry.
